Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

BinaryICT Center collects personal data necessary for academic administration, attendance logging, and examination processing:

• Admission Inquiries: Full name, telephone number, email address, school/college affiliation, and course preference.
• Student Profiles: Firebase UID, student ID code, parent/guardian contact, enrolled batch data.
• Academic State: Class session attendance records, exam submissions, question answers, scores, and tuition transaction references.

2. Architectural Privacy Invariants

In accordance with the AGENTS.md platform engineering constitution:

• Clients (Web and Android) never connect directly to relational database storage; all communication is authenticated via server-enforced API routes.
• Firebase Authentication manages identity tokens; passwords and credentials are never stored in plain text.
• Cloudflare R2 pre-signed URLs provide short-lived access to study materials without exposing persistent storage credentials to student devices.

3. Data Retention & Security

Academic records, exam scores, and payment receipts are retained for the duration of the student's enrollment and required academic accreditation periods. We implement SSL/TLS encryption for all data in transit and transactional PostgreSQL integrity at rest.
