Terms of Service

1. Enrollment & Batch Allocation

Admission to BinaryICT Center programs is subject to capacity limits per batch. Seats are allocated only upon confirmed tuition settlement. Students must adhere to their allocated batch schedule unless an official transfer is approved by academic administration.

2. Examination Integrity & Conduct

Students participating in physical or mobile Exam Arena evaluations must uphold absolute academic integrity:

• Automated timers enforce test deadlines; questions submitted past the server window will be automatically rejected.
• Cheating, tampering with answer payloads, or unauthorized screen sharing results in immediate attempt disqualification.

3. Tuition & Refund Policy

Tuition payments are transacted via authorized payment channels (bKash, Nagad, bank deposit). Tuition fees for commenced batch cycles are non-refundable once orientation and lecture notes access have been issued.

4. Intellectual Property

All lecture slides, practice question sets, model test problems, and software code provided by BinaryICT Center remain the proprietary intellectual property of BinaryICT. Redistribution or commercial resale without written permission is strictly prohibited.
